स्थापनाकाल देखि नै आन्तरिक चिकित्साको सेवा प्रवाह भए पनि हाल सालै यस सम्वन्धि विशेषज्ञ सेवा प्रवाह गरेको हो । यस शाखा अन्तर्गत OPD (वहिरंग) सेवा तथा OPD सेवा प्रदान गरिएको छ । सिकिस्त विरामीहरुलाई २४ घण्टा नै Monitors पनि गर्ने गरिएको छ । विरामीको यथोचित उपचारको लागि विशेषज्ञ डाक्टरले पटक पटक राउण्ड समेत लिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । साथ साथै कलेजो रोगको निदान तथा उपचार पनि यसै वर्षबाट यस अस्पतालमा शुरु भएको हो ।
