History of Dental Department of Lumbini Province Police Hospital Nepalgunj Banke

Dental Service was initiated since 2072 BS in a small room with a single hydrolic dental chair setup. Later in the year 2076 BS a new electric dental chair was provided to our hospital by Lumbini Province Police Office Dang Tulsipur. Root Canal treatment (RCT) service was started in the year 2078 B.S . Digital Dental Xray service (RVG) was started since 2079 B.S .

Now we have one functional electric dental chair with RVG
Old hydrolic dental chair in not functioning

1)    Regular Dental Check-up
2)    Digital Dental X-ray (RVG)
3)    Extraction of deciduous and permanent non-restorable, mobile teeth
4)    Surgical Extraction of Impacted wisdom tooth
5)    Minor oral surgical procdure ( incision & drainage, dressing, suturing)
6)    Restoration of decayed teeth with GIC, Composite, Miracle mix
7)    Root Canal Treatment (RCT), Pulpectomy
8)    Oral Prophylaxis (Scaling and Polishing)
9)    Midline Diestema Closure with composite
10)    Lock Jaw Management
